In the field of modern industry and construction, large telescopic doors, as key facilities connecting indoor and outdoor, not only carry the function of safety protection, but also are the intuitive display of corporate image and aesthetic taste. Especially in high-end application scenarios, such as commercial buildings, industrial parks and port terminals, the dimensional accuracy, operating stability and aesthetics of telescopic doors have become the focus of customer attention. As a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of high-quality aluminum profiles, we deeply understand this demand. Through a series of advanced technical means and strict quality control processes, we ensure that the dimensional deviation of large telescopic door profiles is effectively controlled, thereby ensuring the accuracy and performance after assembly.
To control dimensional deviation from the source, we have an elite team specializing in aluminum profile design. The team is not only proficient in material science, but also has a deeper understanding of the physical properties of aluminum alloy materials and the deformation laws during processing. Based on the self-developed technology platform, we continuously optimize the profile cross-section design, and effectively reduce the stress concentration and deformation risks during processing through reasonable wall thickness distribution, rib setting and precise size reservation. For example, in the design of the main beam and slide rail of the telescopic door, we use high-strength, low-deformation aluminum alloy grades, and combine the finite element analysis method (FEA) for simulation testing to ensure that the design not only meets the mechanical performance requirements, but also maintains dimensional stability during processing.
During the manufacturing stage, we use the most advanced production equipment and processes in the industry, including but not limited to high-precision CNC machining centers, automated extrusion production lines, and precision cutting and surface treatment equipment. Each step of the process is carefully planned to ensure that the deformation of the material during processing is strictly controlled within the allowable range. In particular, for large telescopic door profiles, we use special temperature control technology and progressive extrusion technology to effectively reduce the dimensional changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the material.
More importantly, we insist on implementing strict inspection measures after each process. This includes but is not limited to the use of high-precision measuring tools (such as three-coordinate measuring machines, image measuring machines) to monitor the key dimensions of the profiles online, and to inspect the microstructure and hardness of the material through metallographic microscopes and Vickers hardness testers to ensure that each batch of profiles can meet the established quality standards. For the final product, we carry out nearly strict 100% (or 99.99% nearly full inspection) quality inspection according to customer requirements and international standards to ensure that every door can be delivered to customers flawlessly.
In view of the precision problems that may occur after the assembly of large telescopic doors, we pay special attention to the refined control of profile size deviation. This includes:
Tolerance management: The tolerance range of each component is clearly defined in the design stage and strictly implemented throughout the production process. Through precise CNC processing and strict tolerance control procedures, the size deviation of each profile is ensured to be within the allowable range, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precise assembly.
Customized molds: Customize high-precision molds according to design requirements to ensure that the size of the extruded profile is accurate. Regular maintenance and calibration of the mold is also the key to ensuring long-term production stability.
Temperature and humidity control: During the processing and storage stages, strictly control the temperature and humidity in the workshop to avoid dimensional changes caused by environmental factors.
Pre-assembly before assembly: Before formal assembly, pre-assembly tests are performed on key components to simulate the actual installation environment to discover and adjust potential dimensional deviation problems in advance.
